Are the vehicle insured? Yes. All our vehicles are fully covered. What are methods of payment for car rental service? You can pay cash or by credit card, we accept Visa and MasterCard. How do I rent a car? You can reserve your car through the website or you can simply call us and we will be happy to serve you. Can I change the car after reservation? Yes, but you have to tell us at least 24hrs in advance and we will change it if we have availabilities. Where can I take the car and where can I return it? Cars are picked up and returned to 350 Harding Street, Worcester MA 01610 What should I do if the car breaks down? Please call us at 508-762-2698 and we will arrange for the vehicle to be picked up. If you are within 40 miles of our location, we will provide a replacement vehicle.
